Patients or their family members and appropriate medical staff are invited to participate in an interactive discussion "Critical, Compassionate Communication Following an Unplanned Outcome." This interactive program will be facilitated by Leslie Farrington MD, OB-GYN with over 20 years working with patients in Nassau County and will explore the needs of the patient, family and provider following an unplanned outcome in care.

Participation is limited and a brief phone interview may be required to participate. This program is not open to the general public. All participants must call to pre-register.
